This is lonnnnnng overdue, but here we go: I purchased a Black Lab from On the Bluff back in 2010 at the recommendation of a friend. Our Bella is from the Durango and Becky litter, born March 5th that year. I can tell you that almost 8 years later, she is just as fun, easy going, beautiful, and spunky as the day we picked her up! Anyone that meets her agrees that she looks younger (and sometimes acts like it too!) than she really is. She gets great "grades" from her vet every time we take her in. Her disposition is so sweet; her coat still shines beautifully; and she is probably the most amazing dog we have ever had the pleasure of owning and/or meeting. I remember being a little nervous not getting to pick from the litter, but Carla KNEW just what we needed. I bought her as a gift for my son, but really, she's been a gift for all of us. She has helped us through some difficult times and we love sharing the good times with her too. She is truly not just a dog, but a member of our family that we love beyond what words can describe. Carla was a joy to work with and she is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She was also there for us after we brought Bella home to help answer questions and such, as needed. 5 stars does't really do On the Bluff justice!
