What are Strawberry Blond labradors?
Strawberry Blond puppies are the result of a breeding between a Fox Red lab and a Yellow lab. The result is a softer, more brindled red color with pleasing peaks of yellow.
Most of our Strawberry Blond puppies are sired by Twain, who is one of our most popular sires. Twain carries both Yellow and Fox Red genes, so his Strawberry Blond pups come in a variety of colors, from deep red to nearly yellow. Because Twain is such a deeply mellow male, many of our Strawberry Blond pups are the most easy-going puppies we meet!
